Jam Drops_edited


  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup/honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • sprinkles for topping
  • St Dalfour Raspberry Jam (100% from fruit)


Combine flour, natural sweetener, egg and coconut oil in bowl.

Spoon balls onto baking tray and with your thumb press a well into each biscuit. Place a teaspoon of the jam into each biscuit and place sprinkles on top of the jam.

Place in a 180 degree over for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 12.

My kids love this healthy take on the classic jam drop biscuit…..and so do I! But I think adding sprinkles makes anything appealing for kids..
